Use of Standards in Evaluation of School Leaders, Preparation Programs, and/or Other Purposes 
District evaluation systems must align with the School Leadership Standards; and Connecticut's state model, the System for Educator Evaluation and Development (SEED), uses the Standards as the basis for the observation rubric and stakeholder feedback survey used in administrator evaluations. In addition, the state revised the Connecticut Administrator Test to reflect the Standards and is developing tools to further incorporate the Standards in program evaluation.
