Georgia's Leader Keys Effectiveness System includes the eight Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS), which account for 30 percent of the overall Leader Effectiveness Measure. The other evaluation components include student growth measures (50 percent) and achievement gap reduction (20 percent).
