In accordance with the Montana Board of Public Education, Montana has drafted a state model for the evaluation of school leaders, which draws on ISLLC Standards. Districts may adopt or adapt the state model or develop their own evaluation system that meets statutory requirements. State regulations do not require the use of ISLLC Standards specifically.
